Yellowfin/Blackfin Combo!

Yesterday was sketchy with the forecast but it offered our best window for a few days. The wind forecast was very good but the sea height was marginal for the inlet. We waited for incoming tide and daylight and headed out. The bar was tough but the ocean was great once we got underway. Fishing is always a hunting game this time of year. We were hoping to spend more time looking for yellowfin but found the blackfins early and didn't want to pass anything up with the late start. Fishing was great . Had three yellowfin and a pile of blackfin before finally finding some warmer water. We soon got hit by the yellowfin and caught five more yellowfin. The box was full and we headed home.

Second pic is of William cleaning up the catch. Oregon inlet doesn't offer this service this time of the year so he takes care of it. There will be some great fishing in December if you want to go. We are available. Thanks!
